since her neck stump is facing down at the paperwork you assume she is reading through it, you pull out your phone and open the camera, you point it at her and she doesn't react to it at all, so you take a picture.
you look at it for a moment, before turning it around and showing it to miss Dodds, at first she doesn't notice so you tap her on the shoulder causing her neck to tilt up towards you and then to the phone, she takes it in her hand and looks at the picture for a moment before reaching for her pen and paper and writes something before showing you.
