You decided to accept the offer. Melanie had given you her phone number to text her if you were in or out.
“Hey this Sid. I’m in.” You texted her as you waited for a reply.
It only took less than a minute before you for your answer.
“Midnight Tonight. Be at the Sorority house. DO NOT be late!” The message said.
The idea of rushing of a Sorority still didn’t sit well with you. However you had to take this chance to live up to your parents Legacy. Besides what other guy could say he lives with a bunch of hot girls? Part of you was excited at what this could lead to.
“Are you sure about this man? Once you do this you can’t back out.” Evan said as you got ready.
“Listen...I know it’s weird but I have to do this. I have a legacy to uphold and the doors this will open to my future could be limitless.” You said as you got dressed.
You walked down to the Sorority house located on the other side of campus. You were trying to act confident as you walked but really deep down you were still very nervous.
When you arrived you saw a sign that said. “Pledges head to the back door.” Along with arrows showing you the way.
There were several girls arriving with you. Around a dozen or so. As you walked to the pledge area most of them looked to you were an odd stare.
“Umm...What are you doing?” One girl asked as she looked to you. She was a very cute redhead with a nice athletic build and figure.
“Umm...I’m pledging. I’m actually a legacy. It’s part of the whole gender equality thing this year.” You said still a bit embarrassed.
“Oh....uh.... I didn’t know that was a thing. If you don’t mind why aren’t you pledging a frat?” She asked again.
“It’s....uh...complicated. This was my only option.” You replied.
“Well I have to admit. It takes guts for a guy to do this. Unless you are a creep or something...” She said with a sarcastic laugh.
You laughed back at her teasing. “No...no. Yeah I am nervous. I think this could be a great adventure though.” You replied.
“Well I guess we will see...I’m Sarah.” She said extending her hand.
“I’m Sidney.” You replied shaking her hand.
You followed the signed which lead to the backyard then to the basement of the frat house. There you and the dozen or so other girls were standing waiting for the next step.
