Reverse payment? (Given something, must keep it!)

“You pay in reverse.” She types, causing you to frown.

“Uhh… how does that work?” You ask in confusion.

“Simple, you get something along with your pizza and you have to keep it and take good care of it for at least a week… or you have to pay for the pizza, with “interest”.”

“Okay…” you say frowning as an uneasy feeling forms in your gut… you don’t like how she typed interest in quotation marks… and like even less how she said you need to take care of this thing for at least a week, which suggests it’s alive or something.

You consider the pizza and wonder if you could just give it back and get food from somewhere else… but decide with a sigh that it’s smells too good and you too hungry to give it back...after all it’s more or less free.

“Alright… what do I need to take?” You ask her.

She makes a smiley emoji, then after giving you your pizza, she goes back to her car and comes back with a(n):
