Closes the door on her way in

You watch as she steps inside and closes the door behind herself and proceeds to sit down on your couch. "Hey sweetie can I show you something?"
You're a little surprised that she felt the need to ask that. "Well of course you can, you're my mom!"
Her gaze grows slightly more serious "You have to promise me that you won't panic." You're a little more nervous now, and are still in the dark as to what it may be. Regardless, you nod and she continues. "Okay, so earlier today I felt really strange, like I had a knot bound up inside me that wouldn't unwind. At first I thought that I may have just slept in an odd way, or maybe that I had eaten something funny. I took some aspirin and tried to go about my day. After a while though it got really uncomfortable. I tried to massage the area a little, thinking that that might've helped... and then this happened."
With that she reaches and effortlessly pulls off her own...
