"So, do you want me to show you?" She asks. Wanting to explore this world as much as possible, you immediately accept her offer.
"I forgot to ask, do you have a name?" You ask her.
"Well, sort of. My codename is Alice#598, but you can just call me Alice." She tells you.
"Funny. I have a friend called Alice back in 2014."
Alice the instructs you to hold onto her tightly. After doing as she says, you see futuristic thrusters sprout out of her back as if from nowhere. Moments later, you and Alice are flying through the streets at high speed. The acceleration is so sudden that you struggle to hold on. After a few minutes, Alice comes to a stop and announces that you have arrived at her place. As you try to regain your bearings Alice enters a building through an automatic door. You follow her inside and she leads you down a narrow hallway and into another room. The room is filled with android body parts of different shapes and sizes. Each part is separated into categories. Arms, legs and torsos are all neatly piled together, and some bodies that have already been put together, minus the head, stand in the middle of the room. At the back of the room are shelves with several rows of heads. Though these heads look human enough, they are in fact android heads.
You follow Alice across the room until she comes to a stop and turns to face you. Just then, you notice a thin line appear around her neck, a seam. Alice raises her hands and grasps both sides of her head and pulls up. Her head detaches from her body and you can see that her neck stump is covered in a layer of stainless steel. She then tosses her head towards you, causing you to scramble in a panic to catch it. Alice just laughs at your reaction.
"So, what do you think, Mr Time traveller?" She asks.
"Wow! This is incredible!" Is the first thing that comes out of your mouth. "So, are all of these body parts yours?" You ask.
"Yep. I can completely change my appearance from head to toe, transferring all of my data between them wirelesly. Although, my current appearance is my default appearance. I like to keep my original image as much as possible." She tells you.
