Your past self is standing there

As Alice opens the door, you are slightly surprised to see that your past self is standing in the doorway. You have never seen yourself from this perspective before. Alice invites your past self in. Neither of them have noticed you already sitting on the couch. To your amazement, the conversation between Alice and your past self plays out exactly how it did for you not too long ago.
Since you have already lived through this once before, you know that their next move is to head over to where you are right now. Luckily, you know exactly when they will head over to you, which gives you a little time to plan your next move.

You have the following choices:

1. Turn invisible and watch what happens

2. Remain visible for Alice and your past self

3. Stop time and do something
