Stop time

You decide that you want to try stopping time again, so that you can test out some things with Alice. You close your eyes and focus. Everything goes quiet and when you open your eyes, Alice in frozen in place. You turn to face her. As expected, she doesn't react at all. You wave your hand in front of her face, but there is no response. Even with just this power, you think about all of the possibilities. You place your hand on her face and use your thumb to rub her cheek. Her skin feels really soft. As your skin makes contact with hers, you feel a tingling sensation in your arm.
