Seems mostly the same, but you are now a girl

As you look around, you seem to have been dropped on the same street that you were on when you first stopped time. From what you can see, nothing has changed much because of your actions. You will probably need to talk to people to find out if anything has really changed. Suddenly, you take notice of a strange feeling in your body. In fact, your entire body feels strange, as if it is different. You notice a long strand of hair fall in front of your face. As you brush it out of the way, you notice that your hand is smaller and more feminine in appearance. As you notice an unfamiliar weight on your chest, you begin to catch on to what has happened. You look down and see two lumps protruding from your chest. As you place one hand on your chest, you reach down to your crotch with the other hand and discover that your member is gone.

"What the hell!?" You shriek. Somehow your actions in the past have turned you into a girl in the present. You pull back the neck of your shirt and take a look at your new bust. To your surprise, you actually have rather nice boobs as a girl. As you look down at your new body, you notice that you are wearing almost the exact same clothes as you were before, only now they fit your new female figure. Since you are now a girl in this future, you wonder if your girlfriend still knows the female you. You rush back to the house to see if she is there. As you run, the bounce of your breasts distract you and make you uncomfortable.

You finally reach the house and head inside.
