Women and men know about this effect and they are fine about it. When an article of clothing stops being worn it reappears in the span of ten seconds. Every body part in the same space as the article of clothing is gently pushed out of the way like a magnetic field. If the space is obstructed, the colliding part of the clothing remains faded out until it can be separate itself from the man's body, after which it gets forced out like normal. A man innards count as "occupied" space, so clothes never re-materialize inside a man's body, instead they get pushed out completely.
