The ultra bugs flew all through the night, their internal GPS leading them to Beverly Hills. Just as dawn began to break, one of the bugs broke off from the other two, swerving to the left away from the Spies' residence. Each bug was programmed to seek out a specific girl, and through the ultra bug's sophisticated-despite-being-cobbled-together-from-prison-materials technology, it detected that it's intended target, the dark-skinned dark-haired Alex, was not at home.

Alex stepped out of the changing room onto the pool patio, wearing a tight yellow one-piece swimsuit and white swim cap over her hair, ready to go for a swim. The swimsuit showed off her cute athletic frame quite nicely, long legs and modest chest easily visible. Luckily, no one was at the gym's pool, huge building totally empty, removing any chance of lecherous stares. Being the athletic active girl, Alex loved to get a good workout early in the morning, but couldn't swim laps at her home pool- Clover, being the nonathletic late sleeper, threw a fit whenever Alex woke her up by splashing around in the water at dawn. So she went to the local gym's indoor pool to get her exercise kick, not wanting to waste WHOOP's time using their facilities just to swim a few laps.
"Alright, a couple dozen laps and then back home to grab breakfast with the girls. Maybe I can beat my old time!" Alex cheerfully encouraged herself. Checking her phone for the time, she didn't notice the strange metal wasp floating outside the window near the roof of the large pool building. The ultra bug had located it's target.
Using it's sharp stinger, the ultra bug cut through the glass of the window, making a tiny pin hole to squeeze through. The ultra bug collapsed impossibly thin, a testament to Coach's engineering skills, sliding through the minuscule hole and quickly reintegrating into a wasp form, flying directly at the secret spy.
Ready to start her laps, Alex crouched near the pool, ready to jump in at any moment. Suddenly, she felt something tap her shoulder. Turning her head, surprised (last she checked, she was the only one at the pool), she saw no one. Then another tap on the other shoulder; Alex swiveled her head around and again there was no one there. Confused, Alex stood back up, hands on her hips.
"Alright, is someone messing with me? Any villains trying for some kind of dorky revenge?" Alex meant that as a joke, but given how many old villains were mad at her and her friends for stopping them, it very well could be an idiotic revenge plot involving phantom shoulder tapping.
Having successfully distracted Alex with it's phantom shoulder tapping, the ultra bug made it's move, collapsing again and sneaking in up her swim cap and into her ear, virtually unnoticeable- Alex's hearing was slightly skewed for a moment, but her attention was diverted and she thought nothing of it.
"Huh... maybe I did get up too early... Oh well. Time's a'wasting!" Putting the strange tapping out of her mind, Alex crouched in front of the pool again. This time, nothing distracted her, and after a few moments, she dove into the water and began her morning swim.
At first, everything seemed usual, going through a standard front crawl, and for the first lap, Alex felt the familiar ache of her muscles from the effort. But as she turned around and kicked off the wall, she strangely began to feel less tired. Thinking it was adrenaline, she paid it no mind and continued to swim. Going unnoticed by Alex, her arms and legs began to stroke and kick faster and faster every lap, each time she kicked off the pool wall going a bit farther. Every time she turned her head to breathe, which she needed to do surprisingly less than she expected, her swimsuit felt a tiny bit tighter around the chest, swelling with each breath. In far less time than she expected, Alex finished her laps and climbed out of the pool, strangely not tired at all.
"Wow.. I don't remember that being so easy..." Drying off, Alex somehow didn't notice how tight her swimsuit had become, showing off her suddenly more lithe and powerful body. A small six-pack and sprouted up on her belly, taut and strong, her breasts an entire cup size larger, tight round orbs packed too tight into the stretchy material. Her arms had packed on lean amounts of bulk, giving her the biceps and triceps of an expert gymnast, swollen traps giving her shoulders a slightly more intimidating look. Her legs looked even longer than before, gorgeous gams marginally larger and considerably thicker, thighs well defined and calves rounding out several inches more than they had, all leading up to a tight butt any super model would be happy to own. And yet Alex remained oblivious to her changes, checking the time on her phone.
"No way! Five minutes better than last time?!" Alex practically screamed. "I must be in better shape than I thought!" Alex grinned with pride, still unaware of her sudden bulking. Now in a great mood, Alex almost skipped back to the changing room to go back to her street clothes and meet up with her friends back home...
