Call your girlfriend

Before dinner you call Sandra, say you wanna see her. You make plans to go to her place after dinner. Then you call your sister and have a delicious but otherwise uneventful meal of chili. After the dishes you head over to your girlfriend's place.

-"So what's up?" Sandra is sitting legs crossed on her bed, wearing slacks and a sweater.

-"Nothing much. Just wanted to hang out, maybe watch a movie?" James said, fondling the pencil in his pocket. "You can pick the movie..." He added invitingly.
