your sister's neck.

"OK, open your eyes," you say.

Your sister opens her eyes. "Nothing's changed," she says, then rubs her neck. For some reason, she doesn't feel a neck, so she moves her hand up till she feels her cheek. She then moves the hand down till she feels her shoulder. "That's strange. There's a blank space between my head and body."

You show her her reflection in the mirror. Her neck has vanished, and her head is floating over her body!

"Yikes!" she screeches. "What happened to my neck?"

"I erased it using this pencil," you explain.

"Wow, you weren't kidding," your sister says.
