Silver sat down and slid off her socks and shoes before wading into the water finding that it was actually very pleasantly warm. She crossed to the tree and leaned down to see an egg about the size of grapefruit. The shell of the egg was a dull black color and it seemed to emanate a soft golden light from inside. Silver reached down and ran her fingers lightly over the shell of the egg as it seemed to call to her with the light. Silver knew that she couldn't leave it here.
