Chapter #6

an earthquake struck..

    by: rainman Author IconMail Icon
A sudden shaking occurred as it intensified into a massive earthquake. People started running around trying to shut off the machine but a large debri hit both the CPU and the control switch for the power as it started emitting a high pitched scream. Nearly everyone was capasitated by the scream, covering their ears. No one could her who as the machine vibrated violently.
Alexis struggled towards Dr. Denise who was with a couple of her team but on accident, was bumped by one of the larger engineers into the teleportation pad. There were no sheep but the system had initiated the program. Denise tried to scream at Alexis who was struggling to get out but then a large EM pulse erupted from the main CPU knocking everyone out causing a large power outage.

It had been a few hours since the catastrophic earthquake hit. The city had been devastated as Red Cross and the National Guard were deployed to help the city. Cries and yelps were heard all around. Helicopters, jets, trucks running about as well. The group had been successfully rescued as their building was able to withstand the quake were all at the mini hospital that the government had set up. Many of them had bruises, cuts, broken arms but all nothing serious. Dr. Pointdexter was waiting for Alexis to awaken from her slumber.

Alexis groaned as she opened her eyes to see a dark green colored tarp above her. Still dazed, she saw a dextrose attached to her and saw Dr. Denise above her in tears.

"Thank God your alright!" said Denise as she broke into tears. "I thought you were going to be comatose!"

"Where am I?" said Alexis feeling dizzy.

"Its best you don't move Ms.Kingsley." said the female doctor.

"I seem fine doctor." said Alexis feeling unusually heavy for thought.

"You may be but we're still observing you." said the female doctor patting her belly.

Alexis startled with the unusual jolt she got when the doctor patted her belly. With that she uncovered her sheet to reveal the unexpected. She looked near full term with her breasts which have grown to full E cups. Dr. Denise adjusted her bed so she could sit near upright. Alexis explored her body as even her butt and hips have grown a lot as well. She was knocked out of her trance...

"Feels good doesn't it Alexis?" said Dr. Denise as Alexis looked at the professor and was shocked to see she wasn't pregnant! Its like they switched bodies during that time when the machine exerted a EM pulse knocking everyone senseless.

"But how can that be? It should transfer live beings not a woman's pregnancy." thought at Alexis as she looked at Dr. Denise.

"How are you?!? Are you hurt, Dr. Pointdexter!" said Alexis grabbing her hand as Denise rubbed it.

"I'm fine Alexis. I'm was worried about you as was the whole team. We luckily got it out with minor scratches and bruises but no casualties."

"Ummm... about this." asked Alexis worried as she rubbed underneath her belly.
