STORY START: A Giant Alien Anthro Couple

Dragger the Terrible is piloting his star cruiser towards a primitive planet named Earth. His ship is pitch-black, and if seen by a human would look like a cross between a gigantic bat and a flying spider to the people below. However, terrifying the primitive humans below no matter how satisfying it may be is not his mission on this primitive world. His mission on this world is not one of conquest, at least not yet, but one of exploration. He and his wife Liras the Devourer, his copilot were sent to the newly discovered world by the Imperial Trogon Senate in order to study it, and its inhabitants.
Dragger orders are to study the dominate species called humans, collect many living human specimens of various ages, avoid detection by their primitive authorities and return to their home world of Trogon Prime with as many collected human specimens as possible, then file a report. His report will determine the future of this world. If he does not discover these humans are of value to the Empire, then they will be left alone for now. However, if he discovers these humans are of value to the Empire in some way, then an invasion force will be sent to subjugate them, and collect them to be farmed both on Earth and off world.
Dragger and Liras got their names from the conquered species of the eight worlds they helped to defeat in the name of the empire. This alien couple known for their ruthless cruelty, greed, and endless curiosity have become extremely powerful; mainly because of the many slaves, they have captured and sold. Dragger hopes these tiny exotic hairless apes will make him even more money. Dragger and his wife, along with their giant robot servants get their ship ready for service, as they enter Earth orbit. Liras cloaked their ship, and after an hour of preparations, the giant anthro couple beams down to the Earth’s surface.
Before we go on, where have they beamed down too? Remember, they must avoid the attention of the Earth’s authorities.
