Nearing the end of her first pregnancy, Tsunade felt like a bloated whale. She was carrying twins and looked like she swallowed a large watermelon. She was working fiercely to make up for some of which she missed last week. Everyone was worried for her and her babies. They keep telling her that is she keeps working like this, she will harm her babies. When lunch came, she finished all her work for the day and set everything up so that when the ninjas come to claim their next assignment, they can grab it and go. Tsunade left to take afternoon off. She was going to meet Naruto for lunch. She got some food to go and meet him at his house.
When she got to his house, he wasn't home. She went in anyway and waited for his return. She left the food in the kitchen and got out her book and settled into his couch. Every so often one of her kids would kick to let her know they wee hungry. She kept telling them that their daddy will be home soon so they can eat as a family. After waiting for an hour, one of them kicked hard causing Tsunade some pain.
"If you do that again, we're not eating." Tsunade said.
Naruto came in and told Tsunade why he's late. She scolded him that he kep her and his children waiting. He told her that he was helping Sakura train and lost track of time. Their kids gave on last kick but this time with all their strength. Tsunade felt like they were going to burst out of her this time.
"Let's just eat so they can stop kicking me." Tsunade said.
Tsunade and Naruto sat down and started to eat. When they finished, Tsunade felt something in her belly. She thought it was one o her babies kicking her again. Then Naruto came over to her and rubbed her belly. When Tsunade realized that it wasn't little feet kicking, she then felt her water brake. Naruto took the Hokage to the hospital to give birth. When they were out, Tsunade gave birth to a pair of healthy twins.
