Tsunade was relaxing from some work when she thought she could try and get even more pregnant. She already has 2 in her but she wants to try and get more into her from Naruto. She went to find him and thought of every possible place he could be at. She found him at the spas looking in the women’s spa area spying on the women there. She pulled him back, taking him off guard and told him to impregnate her some more.
“Wouldn’t that harm the ones you already have in you?” Naruto asked.
“It might but they won’t be permanently harmed for they are protected.” Tsunade said.
Naruto and the Hokage went back to her office and had some more ‘fun’. Naruto felt sperm held up inside him letting it pill up like Tsunade wanted him to do. When Naruto felt it pushing his crotch to its limits, Naruto felt he had to let it out. Tsunade forced him to keep it in. He felt like if he doesn’t let it out, his crotch will explode. He kept it in for a while longer until he lost all control and it erupted out of him like 6 months ago. Tsunade moaned in pleasure as Naruto flooded her populated womb again.
She yelled at him for doing that and he explained to her that he couldn’t hold it in. He told her that if he didn’t let it out, his crotch was going to explode.
“Well, try training yourself to hold it in. By the way, are you putting on some weight?” Tsunade asked.
“Of course, I have been going out with Hinata lately and she has been feeding me a lot. I don’t know how but she knows I’m the father of your babies.” Naruto said.
Tsunade told him that she told her and she will be an aunt for their children.
