Sara sighed and was about to leave to "search" for her clothes, but then Lacey spoke up.
"Or, if you really want them back, we might be willing to help."
"Alright, what do you want?" Sara said, resigning herself to the twins' schemes.
"Well," Casey began, "our video game was fun, but we want to do something else."
"Like?" Sara asked, raising an eyebrow.
"A few...things you could do in exchange for your towel and clothes," Lacey explained. "You can say no of course, but my sister and I are pretty good at hiding things."
They both giggled. Sara thought for a moment. Wow, they really put some effort into this prank. They're both acting like masterminds! Still, if I don't get my clothes back, Ms. Barker will never let me babysit again.
"Okay girls, I'll play."
"Great!" Casey said. "First, we want you to sing a little song." She held up a card. "Here are the words, and feel free to make up your own dance."
Sara read it. The song was basically "I'm A Little Teapot" with new words. Once she memorized them, she gave the card back to Casey and cleared her throat. "I'm a goofy sitter, watch me strut,
Here are my boobies, here is my butt,
When they took my clothes, they made me dance,
They didn't even leave my underpants!"
The twins laughed and applauded at Sara's performance.
"Oh, that definitely earns you your towel." Casey said. "Lacey?"
Lacey left the room and returned with Sara's towel. Sara took it and covered herself.
"Now for part 2..."
