Pam, Darla and Callie (or the Death Stars, as they were collectively known) were a lot like those cheerleaders in the movie about the high school cheerleaders who robbed banks. They did everything together, and all their schedules, including the biological ones, were in sync. Even their wardrobes were interchangeable, with each one being about five foot seven, the same fit, slim bodies with prominent, well developed chests and middle of the length hair. Though Pam was dark and mixed race, Darla blonde and blue eyes, and Callie a latina with coppertone skin and light, wavy brown hair, the only time the Death Stars noticed color was when they were making cosmetic recommendations to each other. Otherwise, they were color neutral in their view of each other.
The story begins when the Death Stars are in the locker room, being the last ones to shower and change. They're discussing something innocuous among themselves, when suddenly it happens. One moment, they're all five foot seven, the next, they're all just a little less than six inches tall.
