3. Brief character description: A Rattata with a height deficiency, Being only 2 inches tall he is very small to most Pokémon in the tournament. Most enemy's consider him less of a threat for it, which is when he sneaks into there nose and causes severe damage from the inside. Growing up in a large and brutal family bent only on survival has left Pico with a good stink resistance over most smells though farts tend to do a lot of damage still.
