Brief character description: I'm a hyperactive and sarcastic Victini, assured of my victory for obvious reasons. I'm enthusastic and bubble headed, coming across as pretty dumb. However this appears to be an act, as I'm very good at springing traps on my opponent once their in a bad position. I'm quite excited about the fact that Shiver is an Ice-Type, as my swelteringly hot butt gas should be super effective!
