Walking to his kitchen to grab a pair of scissors, Cody placed the large mystery box on the marble-top bar in his kitchen. Cutting the box open, he begun to dig around inside the box. “I wonder what it could be, I don’t remember ordering anything lately. Probably just a gift from one of my fans.”
After the show ended, Cody became a successful Twitch streamer, known for his large fanbase online. This wouldn’t be the first time an anonymous fan sent him a gift. He made a mental note to thank the anonymous fan for their generous gift on his stream and to try out whatever they gifted him.
Moving the mounds of packing peanuts around, Cody had finally reached the generous gift mysteriously donated to him… an unopened twelve pack box of large plastic bottles, each containing the same pink liquid inside with the words “Growth Aid Gamer Juice” written in a red comic book inspired font on the wrapper outside. “I’ve never heard of this,” Cody said, taking the plastic wrapped box out of the mailing box. Lifting it up, a purple envelope that was taped under the box fell off, landing on the table. Sitting the box down, he looked at the envelope.
“To the Codester, huh?” He read the writing on the envelope out loud. Using the same scissors he used to open the box, he opened the envelope, and pulled out a greeting card from inside. On the outside of the card was a picture of Cody. He recognized the photo from a photoshoot he did to promote the channel and sold as merch, the greeting card being just one of the things sold. In this particular photo, Cody was shirtless and barefoot, only wearing tight boxer briefs that showed the average sized bulge inside of them, posing in a provocative position he chose because it reminded him of that Jeff Goldblum moment in Jurassic Park. Although, the twink version of it.
Opening the card, he begun to read it aloud. “To The Codester, the man of the hour. A toast to your success. From your debut on Total Drama to your meteoric rise to stardom on Twitch, taking over the internet one game at a time, you’ve become a legend. We at Power to the Streamers Inc. are very interested in a promotional arrangement with you. All you have to do is try our product live on stream, sit back, and just watch and enjoy the effect of your growth. With our product, Growth Aid Gamer Juice, with every sip you drink and the more tips and donations made to your channel, the bigger your growth. You and your fans will not be disappointed. We will be watching. Signed, your friends at Power to the Streamers Inc.”
Figuring that it was nearing time for his daily stream, he approached his expensive-looking computer set up, walking to it with the now-opened box of the pink juice. “Hey, why not. I can give it a shot. All they asked is that I just try it on live, the worst that could happen is that I don’t like it.” Sitting in his gamer chair, he positions himself in front of his webcam and started his stream.
With finger guns to the camera, he gave his usual introduction. “What’s going on, guys! The Codester is here! Hey, hi, hello!” With just the start of his livestream beginning, he had thousands of his subscribers viewing his stream. “I’ve got some news to share today! Small things out of the way first, it’s Fuzzy Sock Friday. You know what that means! The first person to post a pic of you wearing the same fuzzy socks as me wins a special autographed merch giveaway!” He moved and showed his socked foot to the camera. He was wearing fuzzy purple and yellow ankle socks. “Next order of business, plans are moving ahead to get my good friend Noah to join me on live. Tune in next week to find out what we’ll be doing for you when we collaborate for the first time in years! Now, for the last and biggest piece of news…” He placed the large bottle of Growth Aid Gamer Juice on the desk beside him after doing a few number of poses with it. “I’ve been contacted by Power to the Streamers Inc. to try their new product, Growth Aid Gamer Juice, live in front of you all today! I am receiving no commission from this promotion, so you know this will be an authentic trial. They promise that the more I sip and the more tips you give me, the bigger the channel gets! Remember, more sips, more tips, more growth. So once I get to drinking, feel free to let those tips pour through!”
He twisted open the cap off, the drink making a fizzy sound. He takes a long sniff. “Smells fruity. Just like me. Let’s just get right into it, then! Here we go!” Bringing the bottle to his lips, he tosses it back, taking a sip. “Hm, it tastes like pink lemonade… Alright, guys! I took a sip, now it’s your turn. Let’s get those tips pouring in!”
Within a few seconds, a tip came through. “Alright we got our first one! Let’s bring on the growth!” Cody had an optimistic look in his face. Not paying attention, Cody’s chest slightly swelled out from under his oversized yellow t-shirt as he interacted with his fans. “Don’t be shy, guys! No matter how big we get, the content will never change! You’re all important to me!” Within a few moments, a few more tips come through. In direct response, Cody’s biceps slightly inflated with his sleeves and his small feet slightly lengthened in his socks.
“Looks like we’re getting all new subscribers and their joining in the stream, Don’t be shy dudes…” He took a drink of the pink liquid in the bottle, “hit that tip button!” More tips came in and, in response, Cody’s legs and torso extended slowly, increasing his height and his hands grew a bit larger. He didn’t notice any of the changes happening to his body as he continued to interact with his subscribers. Not paying attention, he quickly sucked down the rest of the bottle of the pink liquid. As even more tips were given, Cody’s thighs thickened somewhat, his once-loose shirt became visibly tighter against his growing pecs until it became skin tight, showing as abs began to form and tighten one by one over his stomach, his neck thickening under his head, and his shoulders rounding out and widening. .
Cody continued to interact with his fans, not noticing his growing body at all until he started to read their comments out loud. “‘He’s our growing god!’ Haha, I don’t know about that. Thank you though! ‘Grow through the ceiling, Bigfoot!’ Well, my feet aren’t big. Size seven, but I’d love to be that popular. ‘Wait… is he actually growing?’ Yeah, I’m getting tons of new followers and viewers! Love you guys! ‘No, for real! He’s literally growing in front of us! Those abs literally just showed up… Incredible!’ I don’t know what you guys are talking abo-“
Taking his larger hand, he placed it on his stomach to prove his viewers wrong, however he found a tight six pack resting on his once-flat stomach. “N-no… There’s no way… That drink and your tips… they aren’t just growing the channel… They're growing me! This is so cool!” For the first time, as another round of tips came in, Cody finally saw his own growth. His pecs increasing in size until his shirt started to tear across them, exposing his nipple. “This is so amazing!” He exclaimed, enjoying the feeling. “Guys, look at this!” Bringing the same socked foot back up to the camera, he showed his subscribers as his feet grew inside his socks, starting to rip the threading apart and his toes slowly emerged from them. “This is wild! This is incredible! You’re making me huge with my channel and my body! I look like Tyler now, dudes! How far can we go? Keep those tips rolling in!”
