Tom's Dilemma

Tom was in quite a rut.
Strictly speaking he was looking at popular trends, and the idea of a fair build male fashion model was well and truly dead.
Many of the Runway model men were fit. Like, ATHLETICALLY fit!
"Man...!" Tom said, "If I don't find a way to improve my body soon, I'm gonna end up a forgotten has-been!"
So... he began to search the internet for anything and found some things that piqued his interest.
