He continued to do sit-ups for the rest of the night.
"Four hundred ninety-seven" he panted

"Four hundred ninety-eight" he gasped for air

"Rrrrrr... Need two more" he said through gasping breaths

"Four hundred ninety-nine" he groaned

"Five hundred!" He collapsed on his soft rug

"I need a drink" he walks to his kitchen and grabs a bottle of water

He walks to his mirror and looks at his body
