You blink, and blink again at the impossible sight before you. Somehow, Hugo had grown overnight. The German Shepherd was twice his normal size, his head easily reaching your stomach in terms of height. In your mind, you are struggling to piece together the facts: Hugo was a big dog, but never was he {this/b} big. It all seemed so... wrong...
A bark snapped you out of your trance. "Oh, yeah..." you mutter, "It's time to feed him. Right." You travel downstairs, arriving at where Hugo's dog food bag usually sat. All the while, doubting thoughts about Hugo's increased size permeate your mind.
