As Austin walked with his brother and sister something silver caught his attention. He paused and looked down as his siblings continued on without notice. He picked it up. It was a toy car, where did that come from? It didn't look like one of his.
"Come on, Austin! The bus is almost here!"
"Coming!"
Without a second thought he slipped the car into the pocket of his coat and ran to catch up with his brother and sister. For Scott, getting picked up by a giant kid car and all and dropped into a dark pocket was a pretty scary experience. That's putting it lightly, he was lucky he didn't shit his pants. Looking out the back window through the opening of the pocket, the outside world rushed by. Everything came to a stop, he heard a loud rumble, then more movement. Finally the kid had stopped moving, yet the sensation of moving and the loud rumble remained. He couldn't tell but, based on the background noise of kids chatting about various subjects, he assumed the kid was on a bus.
Now what was he going to do?
He felt safe in his car, but he knew that was a false feeling because he knew the kid could crush his Malibu like foil. If the sound of buckling metal when the car was picked up was any indication. He wasn't much safer outside the car either, with him being trapped in a giant's pocket and all. It would be safer if he could somehow get this kid's attention. He's sitting down, so climbing up to his ear would be "Easier" than when he's walking. That could backfire if it turned out this Kid was a real A-hole. The longer he thought of it, the more he concluded that no matter what he did things didn't look good.
