La pièce qu'il tenait alors se brise en petit morceaux et il sent un immense pouvoir l'habiter. Sans vraiment s'en rendre compte, Alexis vole à travers sa maison comme s'il était un pur esprit. Toute cette énergie le rend ivre de puissance. Que pourrait-il faire ? Il peut maintenant faire tant de choses, ce monde lui appartient.
Il se déplace alors parmi les hommes, auxquels il se sent maintenant tellement supérieur. Il est un dieu, et en tant que dieu il compte bien améliorer le destins de ses sujets.
