option 1: A fit young couple mock a pleasent, if overweight family, and are made far fatter than them because of it

Option 2: A nice overweight man and kind overwight woman find themselves becoming a fit and attractive couple

Option 3: A froup of bratty high schoolers start taking the excess weight off everyone they see into themselves. Leaving behind an increasing number of healthy people in their wake, as they grow fatter and fatter themselves.
