Alright, this plot is kind of a simple one.

A ghost of a matchmaker becomes a distorted version of Cupid. It decides to attack Briefs with a few special arrows. Now all women in Daten City lust after Briefs. Heck, even a few female ghosts came back to existence to chase after Briefs, like Barby, otherwise known as Queen Bee. http://psg.wikia.com/wiki/Queen_Bee

however, the Matchmaker also feels that women should be in control of the relationship, so all the affected women are in a dominating mood.
