There was a small army of robots you made, based on some hot female robots across fiction. You didn't want to make ones that looked like flesh-and-blood characters, as they might run off and disappear forever. However, the robots were made to love and lust after you. It went further than you cared for and so, you had to shut them down and stored them away in a containment facility. After all, you wanted a harem, not to be a dildo for a group of sexy fembots.
Where do you get the money for all this? Simple, you sell some of your inventions to bad guys. Thanks to a matter maker, you also sold parts to the badguys.
Your latest invention was one to help you get dates. It was to boost how attractive you were to women. It seemed to have failed... but it didn't. It merely needed time to work. But the inventions effect now made women want you, desire you, and even want to dominate you!
However, someone at two spy agencies finally discovered a link between some bad guys and you. It wasn't much of a link, as it also could have been read as the bed guys getting ready to kidnap you, as you were supersmart with inventing stuff.
There was the girls from WOOHP, Sam, Alex, and Clover. And then there was Global Justice's Kim Possible, on a solo mission for private reasons. secretly following Kim was Shego.
Why was Shego following Kim? Anything Kim is told to go after is probably good enough to steal.
