This choice: "Yes, noble innkeeper, one room for the night!" • Go Back...Chapter #6First combat by: Unknown Walking up to the counter, you approach the large woman and respond.
"Yes, noble innkeeper. One room for the night!!"
The innkeeper looked at her books and thumbed through the pages, looking for an empty room. As she looked through, another group of people entered the room. Three female elves, wearing green glass armor. The middle one seemed to be the leader, she had some kind of helmet on her head. It sparkled with a strange aura. . it must have been enchanted. On their backs were the carcasses of dead animals.
"Caius. . .do you notice something strange about those elves?" Dorian whispers into your ear.
The animals. . elves never killed animals before, unless they were threatening the environment. But. . these were simple creatures. . rabbits, dogs. . and a great multitude of them.
"Your right, Dorian. Those animals. . they are butchered. But why?"
Your focus on the elves was broken when the innkeeper from behind began to speak again.
"Umm. . .travelers. I am so sorry, but it looks like there are no rooms available right now."
The elves giggle a little and hand a note to the innkeeper. She turns around and gives them a key. It seems they had a reservation in advance.
As they turn to walk away, Dorian reaches over and touches one of their shoulders.
"Hey elves!! Why did you brutalize those animals so? Isn't that against your moral code?"
The elves turn around and stare at the two, eyeing them with disgust.
"So some oversized Amazon witch and her whelp Roman friend think you can question the wisdom of the elves? These creatures needed to be disposed of. They were a threat to our . . .wellbeing."
You move closer, angered at there insult. Reaching into your sheath, you pull out the silver sword your character was provided with.
"Listen to me elves, I will not have you insult my companion!! She only asked because she knows that you would not normally do such a thing!!"
The other elf to the left of the leader walked forward. You didn't notice before but she her armor was more of a leafy type than a glass one. She had no iris in her pupil and looked a bit frightening, unlike the other two elves who were very beautiful. She pulled out her staff and a beam of light filled up the room.
"ELF MAGE CASTS A MYSTERIOUS SPELL!! SHE ROLLS A 18, THE SPELL IS A SUCCESS!!" Danielle booms through the room. It kinda took away from the game a little when she did that.
"Beware sisters, this amazon is no mere thug. She is a witch!! Her powers far exceed mine."
Dorian chuckled, crossing her arms and moving herself into a cocky position.
"So, you detected our strengths, huh. Then you know I have no weaknesses. The dragon of Yjel Matar granted me immunity from usual status effects!!"
The old elf laughed a maniacal laugh. "You are wrong, Amazon Witch. . . everyone has a weakness. . .even if it is harder to see than most!!"
"THE ELVES ENTER COMBAT!! ROLL FOR INITIATIVE!!"
This was it. . the first battle. You rushed for the elf mage, she would cause problems if she wasn't sto. ..
Suddenly you were back where you were standing again. The city and Dorian was gone and only Dani was before you. Her giant hand slammed right in front of you, scaring you half to death!!
"ROLL FOR INITIATIVE!! NO CHEATING!! YOU HAVE TO CALL OUT YOUR TARGETS AND INITIATE ATTACK!!"
The world returned and you were standing besides Dorian again.
"DORIAN ROLLS A 20, ELF MAGE ROLLS 16, ELF LEADER ROLLS 12, ELF WARRIOR ROLLS 10!!"
A dice appears in front of your face. You throw it and it grows large so you can see what you got.
"CAIUS ROLLS A 15!! DORIAN GOES FIRST!!"
Dorian rushed towards the elf leader and bashes her with her staff. You were really surprised that she didn't use magic instead. The staff hit caused a yellow icon to appear above the elf leader's head.
"ELF LEADER IS STUNNED!! ELF MAGE GOES!!"
The elf mage begins to prepare a strange spell and summons a weird purple shield.
"CAIUS BEGINS HIS ATTACK!!"
You didn't need to wait any more. With a rush, you go for the elf mage again. . .you wouldn't be stopped this time. You thrust your sword right into the elf, stabbing the mage. She shrieks in pain.
"THE ATTACK IS A CRITICAL, CAIUS GAINS 20 XP!!"
As the elf mage dies, the purple shield energy leaves her body and enters into yours. You feel a bit odd after that.
"ELF WARRIOR TRIES TO ATTACK DORIAN, ATTACK IS A MISS!"
Dorian turns and blasts a lightning bolt at the warrior, annihilating her body!! You were shocked at the blast's strength!! What power!!
"Now that we had subdued there leader, lets take her to the proper authorities."
You go over and tie the elf leader's arms together and Dorian puts her over her shoulder.
The innkeeper walks over and reaches into the pile of dust that was the elf warrior. She picks up a key and brings it to you both.
"A room just opened up if you are interested." You both turn and laugh at this.
After dropping off the elf at the local prison, you both enter into the room. You still felt a bit woozy after the battle.
"Caius, are you alright? You seem to be a bit ill with something."
You were feeling bad, you do not even respond as you lurch forward, stomach hurting and throw up on the floor. As you do, you pass out. . . .
When you awaken, you see Dorian looking down at you.
"Caius!! That spell. . .I am sorry!! I do not know how to reverse it, but I promise, I will find a way!!"
You look at yourself. Oh no, she didn't. She didn't just. . .oh Dani!! Really?!?
You had shrunken down to about 3 inches tall.
Dorian reaches and picks you up from the bed, putting you into her massive cleavage. This adventure just took another turn.  indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
