David (29)
A stout, burly man with a coarse, black beard and a bald head. Has the body of a truck driver and the soul of a poet, though his artistic aspirations have been somewhat crushed by a decade of menial office work at the local newspaper, the Daily Examiner. Was recently dumped by his girlfriend, Annabelle, who also took everything he owns. He now works two jobs to make ends meet.

Adam (31)
An investigative journalist for the Daily Examiner. Will do anything for the latest scoop, unfortunately he has developed enough recognition in the public eye and has such distinctive features that his undercover work has become much harder. Has a shock of fiery red hair. Is the drinking buddy of David, the admin assistant.

Tim (27)
A man under the thumb of his fiance, a kinky yet controlling older woman, who also happens to be Adam's sister. Tim doesn't work, but is expected to clean his fiance's home and see to her every need.
