Chapter #2

Always a Bridesmaid

    by: Kammi Author IconMail Icon
You're Kevin, a mildly apathetic high school senior, 5'9", medium-length brown hair, all in all pretty average-looking and normal. You're currently walking out of your last class, debating whether you're going to show up to school tomorrow, when Rebecca runs up to you.

"OMG Kevin I'm so excited for Saturday! I can't believe Rachel's going to get married! This will be the best wedding ever!"

"Yeah," you grunt back, not really listening. Rebecca was comically excitable and talkative. Normally you wouldn't have much to do with her, except you had been in her class for years and shared a mutual cousin, Rachel, whose wedding you had to go to on Saturday. Not that you disliked Rachel -- you and she actually had a very good relationship and were closer than most cousins. But you always found weddings long, drawn-out, and boring. You had no idea why Rebecca enjoyed them so much.

Then you realized Rebecca was still talking.

"Anyways, I'm going right home immediately to try on my bridesmaid's dress! Want to come help me?"

You have the following choices:

1. "Sure"

*Noteb*
2. "No, sorry..."

*Noteb* indicates the next chapter needs to be written.
