Circus Freak - Rena has a rare medical condition that causes her to never stop growing, and is an exhibit in a sideshow, known as Rena the Amazon. Already at nine feet and ten inches, she continually grows taller every day. A doctor approaches her with what he believes is a cure for her condition, but instead it accelerates her growth tenfold!

Supersized Science - Rena is a lab assistant to a brilliant scientist working on a growth ray. When the machine malfunctions, Rena is caught in the blast, causing her to grow to titanic size.
