Carl examines his surroundings as he lays on his back, scratching himself. The first thing he notices is the blue sky in place of the white ceiling. Then, it's that his mattress is missing. As he moves his head, he notices that he is in what looks like a model city like his own.
It is at this point that he sits up, letting debris fall from his back. He looks around and thinks he sees little bugs running from him.
As he gets to his feet, more debris fall from his ass and legs. Getting a better look, he notices that most of the buildings are smaller than he, and only a precious few are taller. He also looks at the bugs and finally notices that they look to be human. Taking in the totality of the situation, he finally realizes what is obvious to everyone else.
"I'm fucking huge!" Carl shouts as he looks at everything.
