You had a moment to register that you'd made a mistake.

There was a flash of light and suddenly you found yourself surrounded by bars.

Bright light was coming in from the open windows and you heard some motherly humming coming from somewhere around you... As you looked down at your normal adult male body encased in baby clothes, surprised that they were made for your build, you finally pieced together that you'd swapped places with the baby in the TV commercial.
