Ken was a bit of an abnormally where Everett he went. When someone thinks of a young Japanese guy they usually think of a quiet and reserved young man with dark black hair. Ken was a bit different than that. Sure he was a bit closer to the average body of a man of his ethnicity but his heritage was a bit different too. His dad was half English and half Japanese, the English side are proud farming type with thick muscles and most of the men on that side of the family are in the mid six foot range and wear a minimal XL shirt. His mom's side is a bit more traditional Japanese fare, except for wider hips. The men on Ken's mom's side had always had a run at Sumo wrestling at some point with their wider hips, lower center of gravity and ability to pack on weight a bit easier. Both sides of his mom and dad were easily recognizable in Ken's older sister and older brother. His sister Mary, the eldest was a thick rough and tough fire fighter and repair woman. There had been a few times she was able to sweep Ken off his feet when he wasn't expecting it. Ken's brother, Andrew, or Dru or short, was pretty much the opposite of Ken. Dru is in his last year of University (same one as Ken) and is one of the top Sumo Wrestlers on campus. At 6'7" and weighing in at just under 400 pounds Dru is a force to be wreckoned with. Ken found that out when the two were younger and were play wrestling and got the wind knocked out of him when his brother trackless him to the floor. Back then Dru was only a mere 180, but to the 80 pound Ken it was enough to send him down a path of squashing fetish. After that incident the boys were no longer allowed to wrestle and Dru felt guilty for years and always made sure no one bullied his little brother. Having Dru get into the sport of wrestling and sumo a bit later on meant there were always other big guys around. The other big guys always treated Ken well and always welcomed his quick wit and up personality. Ken really liked it when Dru's friends would catch him, or put him in a head lock or pass by the tight hallways at home or see them eat or the sweaty smell they made after a work out or seeing them in their tight wrestling uniforms.
When Ken came out in the last year of high school his family were all welcoming and accepted him, his Mom said she knew since Ken was like five and Ken got the biggest hug from his brother that squeezed the air right out of him.
