Suzy stepped aside, allowing you to view the screen unobstructed. "While I get your body back to peak fitness, you'll inhabit your vacation form."
She looks you over with an analytical eye, "I can promise you at least 1/2 a stone lighter. I'll improve muscle tone, and probably lose you as much as one or one and a half stone less. You'll be fitter, more energetic and healthier." she nods. Lifting her gaze from your body, back to your face. "So, do I have your agreement?" she asked.
Holding out a padd, ready to receive your fingerprint to seal the deal.
"The vacation form, is healthy, and a similar age?" You ask. Hell!, It's the only holiday you can afford, so you can't be picky. But, feeling you should ask some questions. Even if the 'vacation form' sounds unfamiliar. You're getting a holiday, and a fitter body, without having to do more than laze by the pool.
It's expensive, but you need the pampering. As she nods along, "The same age range plus or minus two apparent years."
"Apparent years." you ask. Alarms ringing in your mind.
"These are GELF bodies, and in prime fitness. But, force grown so the age is approximate rather than actual." She answers, "You'll be fitter than you are now, and returning to a healthier body after the trip. But, if you have reservations..."
She starts to withdraw the padd.
"No!" you answer a touch too urgently, undermining your poker face and casual air. "I need a holiday." you confess. "I'm a touch frazzled after the studying and the exams. I just want a break." you press your thumb firmly down, until the padd chimes. Your consent accepted, and the payment deducted.
"Well, now we can show you the selection of the bodies." She smiled, activating the screen.
