Naruto looked Hinata up and down who continued to stand there like a doll with her eye's glassed over and her face blank and dull with no sign of emotion which was bumming him out compared to her usual shy and timid self that couldn't form two words in front of him without fainting.

Naruto always felt that the Hyuga heiress needed a confidence boost or a new personality other then her shy girl act.

He just didn't know if he should give her that confidence boost she always needed or a whole new personality all together.
