Focusing, Bolin thought of the lovely, sensual, feminine Asami, who blended Earth Kingdom and Fire Nation features in a most interesting way. While he might, honestly, have been more inclined to think of Korra, he knew that the Avatar was happy with his brother, and he didn't want to break up what the two had. Not really.
Unlike Mako, Bolin believed in the rock's powers one hundred percent, so when he thought of Asami and bent the rock into a few different shapes, he completely expected something to happen.
He was just a little surprised with how sudden it was.
Even as he returned the rock to its original shape, Bolin was suddenly tackled by something slight and soft, and very nice-smelling. He felt something warm and sweet and moist press hard against his lips, and it took him a moment to realize that this something was Asami.
If Bolin was startled by the suddenness of Asami's appearance, or the passion behind her kiss, then Mako was downright gobsmacked.
"A-Asami?!" he exclaimed, but if the girl heard him, she did not react. She appeared to be too busy exploring Bolin's tonsils to pay Mako any attention.
After a minute or so, though, Asami eventually pulled back from the kiss, and she smiled up at Bolin.
"How did it take me so long to realize my feelings for you?" she wondered out loud, lazily running a hand up and down his broad chest.
"Ubuh?" said Bolin, a little too dazed from the kiss to be very coherent.
Asami's smile widened.
"You're so handsome," she purred, pressing her slender but also curvy-in-all-the-right-places form against him, uncaring of who might see what she was doing. "So sweet, and funny, and loyal... How did I never realize it until just now?"
"Uhhh... I dunno," said Bolin intelligently, unsure how to respond. The fact that blood was starting to flow from his brain to his nether regions probably had something to do with this.
Asami smiled.
"The second I saw you, just a moment ago, everything just clicked," she whispered. "How you were there for me when things were going rough with Mako, how you saved me from my father... It all just came together, and I realized how much you mean to me."
Her smile widened, and she grabbed Bolin's hand.
"I want you, Bolin," she purred, beginning to drag the earthbender toward a secluded alley (Mako had already taken the hint and made himself scarce, not really wanting to watch his brother and his ex swapping spit).
