So you want to be like Quicksilver. Well a little amendment to what I said earlier is that you will have other powers that allow you to actually use your powers without dying, the ones for super speed being; superhuman stamina, superhuman durability (so that you don't die from being hit by dust and other particulates in the air that normally would cause lacerations), and superhuman mental processing (so that you can dodge anything that comes at you).

Also, the fastest you will able to move is Mach 3.
