"Harry, Harry are you up here?" Boomed the feminine voice of Harry Potter's best female friend Hermione Granger, well renowned be here instructors as one of the brightest witches Hogwarts had to offer.
"Hermione, I'm down here!" Harry yelled up in the hopes that she would hear him, unable to send a signal to her without the use of his wand.
"Harry, I'm coming in." Hermione announced, her flat clad foot taking it's first step into the room. The wooden floor creaking beneath her feet, sending vibrations through the floorboards all the way to Harry.
"Wait, Hermione!" Harry yelled once more as Hermione continued to walk towards him, her foot coming down only a few inches away from where he was standing. The power of her stomp almost strong enough to knock to shrunken wizard onto his ass on the floor at her feet.
"Huh, that's odd. I thought I heard something." Hermione said aloud, scanning the room for any sign of Harry or Ron's presence.
"Hermione, it's me Harry. I'm on the floor." Harry called, hoping that she would hear him more clearly.
"On the wh- Harry!" Hermione's voice boomed, looking down at her shrunken friend standing between her feet.
"Oh my, Harry! What do you think you're doing down there at that size, I could have stood on you." Hermione stated, frightening Harry with the image of himself being stuck to the bottom of his best friend's footwear.
That's when she spotted the potion's textbook Harry had borrowed for Professor Slughorn's class. She was still jealous that it was the only class Harry or anyone for that matter did better than her in.
"Oh I see, this is all because of that blasted book isn't it?" Hermione asked, her tone changing from concerned for Harry safety to annoyed at her shrunken friend for his continued use of the Half Blood Prince's textbook.
"Well, out with it. Am I right, that that book lead you to shrink yourself? I'm sure I must look absolutely massive to you down there." Hermione stated lifting her flats into the air and stomping them back down on either side of Harry's tiny body, causing powerful tremors to occur.
"Yes, I'm sorry. You and Ginny were right. I should have gotten rid of it." Harry stated, hopinh Hermione would stop making her point clear and elect to help him get back to normal.
"Right then, first I'll need to ______________."
1. "...do some research in the library." Hermione decides she can't leave Harry all alone at this size and brings him with her to the library inside her flat.
2. "...get too class, we can focus on fixing this later." Hermione lifts Harry of the ground and tells him that nobody can see him like this so she'll need to hide him or else they might both get expelled, she'd then drop him into the back of her panties before walking to class.
3. "...show you to Ginny as well so you can tell her that we were right yourself before we try to grow you back to your proper size." Hermione grabs Harry and runs off in search of Ginny.  indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
