Phineas Flynn was out in the backyard looking over the blueprints to their latest summer project while Ferb was out gathering supplies. He laid the large piece of paper down on the grass with four small rocks holding down every corner, meanwhile unbeknownst to him Perry took one of the slides down to his secret lair nearby.
*Downstairs In Perry The Platypus's Secret Lair*
"Agent P, thank goodness you've come. Dr. Doofinshmirtz has been using his shrink ray to shrink and collect monuments from all over the city, we need you to get over there and put a stop too it." Major Monogram said through the computer overlooking Perry's desk.
Meanwhile back upstairs Phineas inspected the blueprints Ferb left him as Perry flew his hovercraft out from the top of the tree in the backyard without anyone noticing.

“Finally the pieces to plan have come to fruition, with my Shrinkinator I will be able to shrink down all the landmarks in the Tri-State Area!” Dr. Doofinshmirtz laughed, while his daughter Vanessa entered the room.
“Hey dad.” The tall dark haired girl said indifferently, walking towards the couch while sending a text message to one of her friends about her dad’s lame plan.
“Wait Vanessa no, don’t sit down there!” Dr. Doofinshmirtz yelled from across the room, his teenage daughter turning her black leather clad ass over a lighthouse her dad had shrunk.
“What's that?” she asked, allowing her butt to fall towards the soft surface of the couch without realizing. The old building crumbling to dust as it was met by Vanessa’s large round bottom, of course the building was empty so she hadn’t hurt anybody.
"Ouch, what did I just sit on?" Vanessa asked herself, looking over her shoulder to see bricks the size of sand scattered around under her butt. She didn't know how to react, a building older than her had just been flattened as if it were nothing under her butt.
Suddenly the door broke down, falling before Dr. Doofinshmirtz to reveal an ordinary looking platypus standing like a human being.
"A platypus?" Doofinshmirtz asked counfused before he saw Perry dawn his signature detective hat "...Perry The Platypus!" he yelled surprised before starting a fight with his arch nemesis.
---after a few minutes---
"Gyurururururur." was the noise Perry made as he kicked Doofinshmirtz into the Shrinkinator, sending a beam of light to the place his inventions usually pointed towards, Phineas & Ferbs house.
Before Phineas knew what had hit him the beam struck him in the back and shrunk him down to no more than an inch tall in height, just below the height of the grass.
