Cody was in the process of working on his newest scientific breakthrough that he was sure would revolutionize modern technology and even end world hunger, the concept once science fiction device was to miniaturize and person or object significantly in size.
Cody’s idea for the device was have people enter a restaurant where they could be shrunk and seated by their waitress who would serve them normal sized food, this would allow people to eat less food while ultimately filling their stomachs faster.
This concept could also be applied into the concept of making theme restaurants and attractions that could never exist without the existence of his shrink ray, such as an old style ‘Attack of the fifty foot woman’ diner or roller coaster.
“...and that should do it!” Cody said as he finished tightening the last screw on his newest invention to make sure that it worked as planned with pinpoint accuracy, after all what good would a shrink ray be if it shrunk anything other than what you wanted it to.
Thinking that his device was fully operational Cody prepared his room for a quick test that could be done before his date with Bailey later that night, he only wished that his girlfriend could have been there to see his scientific breakthrough in action.
Cody then picked out something he could shrink that wouldn’t be missed if the device failed to return it to normal size, deciding to shrink Woody’s dresser since he hardly ever changed, washed, or put his clothes anyways.
The smarter half of the two twins aimed down the dresser from between his and Woody’s bed and immediately opened fire, unfortunately for him he had made the last screw to tight which caused a backfire effect that forced the full power of the device back at him.
In a sudden flash of light Cody was thrusted into the air above his bed while rapidly shrinking, forcing him to watch as his only hope of growing back to normal flew away from him onto Woody’s bed.
Within a few short moments Cody had been shrunk to the size of a mosquito fish which grew up to slightly longer than 1 inch long in length, at this size Cody’s room looked as if it was big enough to hold the whole S.S Tipton inside like a cargo bay.
“Great now how am I gonna get back to normal?” Cody asked looking over towards Woody’s unmade bed to see that the shrink ray was no longer in sight, most likely lost somewhere in his messy roommates unmade bed sheets and blanket.
Just then his thoughts were interrupted by the sound of a familiar female voice coming from outside his room, just then he heard his door knob turn and remembers that he forgot to lock it behind him when he came in, just then...
1. London enters the room and almost immediately spots Cody on his bed trying to wave her down, Cody would try to talk London through reversing the polarity on his shrink ray to help him grow. London wouldn’t understand a word of what Cody explains to her and asks him why he should help him get back to normal, which only leads to more trouble for Cody.
2. Bailey enter’s Cody’s room and looks everywhere for her boyfriend while remaining blissfully unaware that he was shrunk on his bed, with each minute that passes she become more and more upset with him being late for their date that night. Finding him shrunken down probably would be the best thing for him with Bailey being so massive.
3. Mrs. Tutwiler knocks on the door and enter moment’s later to return Cody’s essay that he put a lot of work into, obviously graded with a perfect score not including his bonus points. The adult woman then places the stapled papers on Cody’s bed where he would be able to get her attention, she would look at her tiny student with a smile on her face and tell him all about how cute he was at this size like a little mouse. The teacher would then decide to make the cute shrunken boy her personal pet.
