Rarity woke up, immediately sensing something was strange. She couldn't put her hoof on it, but something was.. off.. For some reason her pillow she was resting on seemed smaller and she was higher up down. She rolled over, trying to comfortably repostion herself, but nothing felt right. Rarity took a few seconds to ponder this then shook her head.
“I'm sure its nothing.” She said, trying to convince herself.
She showered then wrapped her dressing gown and towel around her, noticing these were tighter than normal, to the point where she didn't bother doing it up.
She grimaced down at herself.
“Have I put on weight? That can't be possible! Well I guess I might have had a few too many of Pinkie Pie's confectieres...” She pulled her robe up, hoping to make it less tight around her legs and felt her stomach, expecting to find some extra pudge, but didn't notice anything. “Hmm.. how strange.”
Rarity headed into the kitchen and began making breakfast, wondering why the counter seemed lower down, but trying to push those strange thoughts away.
Sweetie Belle followed in a little later. She stared vacantly at Rarity, as she was want to do sometimes. Rarity took no notice until Sweetie Belle had been staring at her for entirely too long a time.
“Sweetie Belle what is it?” Rarity's teeth clenched as she tried to sound like she wasn't bothered.
“Rarity... Did you get taller?”
She looked over her shoulder, still preparing breakfast.
“Don't be silly Sweetie Belle, grown up ponies like me can't-”
She stopped as Sweetie Belle approached, immediately noticing that she was smaller in relation to Rarity . And since the kitchen also appeared smaller, Rarity put two and two together and shrieked.
“I am taller!”
Sweetie belle titled her head.
“But you said-”
“I know what I said! I don't know how this could have have happened! I'm going to have to remodel all my dresses!"
