After the crystal empire was restored Cadence was once again back to full strength all her subjects were happy letting her sit back and relax
"I hate this." Cadence said as she hated it she trotted over the balcony an she winced from the massive amount of energy building inside of her "No pony is upset... There's nothing for me to do. All this power is driving me crazy!" Cadence yelled as she stopped her hoof for the force of her stomping put a hole in the ground and she looked at and sighed then an idea hit her she teleported
Cadence appeared in her bedroom where Shining armor was asleep. It was still early Cadence simply had trouble sleeping with all the energy keeping her restless. She smiled seeing the dopy sleep smile on Shining's face
"Shining." Cadence said as she tapped him awake
Shining mumbled and stumbled out of bed getting up
"W-what is it?" Shining asked
"What can I do to make you happy?" Cadence asked
"What? Nothing. I feel fine." Shining smiled
"No really. What's something I can do that will make you happy?" Cadence asked again her frustration and power mounting
"Nothing." Shining said with a yawn
"THERE'S GOTTA BE SOMETHING!!!" Cadence yelled getting in Shining's face
"Stop yelling at me." Shining whimpered
Cadence sighed and kissed Shining armor softly "I'm so sorry... I've been under a lot of stress."
"You have? I thought everything was going great." Shining said looking concerned
"That's the problem. Everypony's happy. I have nothing to put this energy into. It's driving me crazy." Cadence said as she slumped over
"Well... we could visit my sister." Shining said
"How could that help?" Cadence asked
"A visit from her favorite foal sitter could be nostalgic. Maybe she'd let you make her sandwich and stuff like you used to?" Shining asked
"Oh I'm not so sure that would GAH!!!" Cadence fell to her stomach as another pair of wings sprouted from her back "Let's go!" Cadence yelled as she stood back up now about Celestia's height Shining stared at her "You want to leave in an hour right?" Cadence asked
Shining meekly nodded
"Well this should hold me over till we can convince Twilight." Cadence said as they got back to bed
