Ate them

He raised that hand up to his open mouth and poured them in.

They screamed as they tumbled down his throat. A few people missed his mouth, and landed either onto his body or splattered onto the floor. There was one survivor who was still clinging onto the flesh of the baby's belly for dear life. Another tumbled all the way down it onto his diaper, and as soon as the baby moved slightly, that poor soul was crushed between the diaper and the underside of his belly.
