This power turns the user into a female, duh!
Though the female alter ego don't needs to have anything in common with the original ;)

Like, say, a 45-year old father turns into a 20-year old bikini clad blonde hottie :)

Could have some side effects though, like crankiness one time a month, or getting stuck during her period or so...
