Doesn't Look The Same

A couple of days went by as Cody continued to eat out of his ordinary comfort zone. He kept on making trips to donut shops, McDonalds, and even some places in the local mall. The workers would see him a decent amount, but only knew him as the kid wearing a brown puffy tasseled winter hat, and as the customer who liked to eat food. After a little while, Cody's body began to feel the effect, especially one morning when he got out of bed.

First thing like normal, Cody stretched his arms out and let out a big, loud yawn. Then, he moved his legs to the side of his bed. He then began to scratch at his head, but then realized he had his hat on.

"Oh man. Zack probably put it on me last night since I left it on the floor," Cody said with a sly grin.

As he rolled out of bed, he felt a gentle breeze as he only had his underwear and hat on. Before he went into his closet, he passed by a mirror. As soon as he looked at it, he stopped and began to observe himself: Cody looked fatter. His arms puffed out a little bit more than usual while his hands did not look as boney. He looked and saw that he was beginning to develop a second chin even when he didn't move his neck. He then looked down at his belly to see that it was noticeable as it stuck out more than ever. Overall, Cody has definitely gained some weight. If anything, he was probably the same weight as Zack.
