There was no doubt it was Ildirim, the Lightning Dragon. You could feel the electricity in the air as the dragon swooped down and landed before you. He observed you carefully before speaking in a thundering voice, "State your name, human."
You replied nervously and watched as the dragon stared at you. "Where are your parents?" he asked.
"I-I don't know who m-my parents are," you stammered.
"I see. Then come." He laid out a wing clad with metallic gold scales. "I will take care of you."
For 5 years, Ildirim took care of you. Though he appeared harsh and strict at first, you realized he really did care. One day, Ildirim approached you. "Come, child," he boomed. "Today will be the day you become a Dragon Slayer."
At that moment, you didn't know what a Dragon Slayer was, but Ildirim explained. "And once you become a Lightning Dragon Slayer, you will be able to learn Lightning Dragon Slayer Magic. With this, you will be able to control lightning and summon thunderclouds and storms. You will also be immune to all lightning attacks and you can recharge quicker on a stormy day."
Once you gained a better understanding about becoming a Lightning Dragon Slayer, Ildirim made you one. Immediately after that, your training began.
